Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs all its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul Casanare, that due to a sudden drop in pressure due to a new development in the National Transportation System of the company Transportadora de Gas Internacional - TGI led to an imminent gas shortage for our customers.

In this regard, at approximately 11:36 a.m. today, February 28, 2019, we do not have gas service for this municipality. At this moment technicians are in the sector evaluating the situation.

We will timely inform the community the result of TGI S.A. E.S.P.'s efforts in its infrastructure, which will allow normalizing the provision of natural gas service.

Cusianagas calls on all its users to check their gas appliances and to keep the valves closed to avoid accidents when service is restored.
