In case of acquiring the service of modification or repair of internal networks with the installation firms (independent companies without contractual relationship with Cusianagas S.A.S. E.S.P. BIC) keep in mind:

  • The work must be carried out by certified personnel with Labor Competences from Sena or a certifying body, and be registered in Cusianagas.
  • After carrying out the work, you must contact an Accredited Inspection Body or Cusianagas S.A.S. E.S.P. BIC to certify the work carried out.
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by Cusianagas have a cost paid by the user and a 12-month guarantee.
