What should you do in the event of a gas leak?

Identify the type of exhaust according to the following images and follow the recommendations.

Flameless leakage inside the building
  • Close the meter valve
  • Opens doors and windows
  • Do not use the electrical system (cell phones, TV, lamps, light bulbs, flashlights, among others).
  • Do not start vehicles

  • Close the meter valve
  • Evacuate the site
  • Contact the Fire Brigade
Flameless leakage outside the building
  • Close the meter valve
  • Move people away from the site, if possible cordon off the area.
  • Do not allow the ignition or transit of vehicles in the sector.

  • Evacuate people from the area
  • Contact the Fire Brigade

  • Move people away from the site, if possible cordon off the area.
  • Do not allow the ignition or transit of vehicles in the sector.
