Cusianagas announced the implementation of the On-Site Billing process in the municipalities covered. A system that uses mobile technology guarantees reliability in taking readings, processing data and immediate delivery of the invoice.

Starting in May, from 16 to 27, Cusianagas users will have their consumption metered and their bill delivered in a single visit, which can be paid at the usual payment points, starting the day after it is received.

This new payment receipt is printed on 80-gram thermal paper, which does not use inks, is environmentally friendly and is guaranteed for 5 years under normal archival conditions. However, it is important to preserve it from heat, humidity and excessive handling to avoid its deterioration and guarantee the barcode reading at the time of payment.

It is also important to remember that in the month of May, users receive two invoices: the traditional one with a payment date in May, and the one billed on site with a payment date in June They correspond to two different billing periods and both must be paid in a timely manner. With this new process, in the event that the user pays after the due date and the bill on the following site presents immediate payment, he/she will have to go to the Customer Service offices to request the adjustment and change of his/her bill.
