Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the municipality of Monterrey, that around 1:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, September 18, 2019, the repair works of our 2" polyethylene network were completed and consequently the restoration of natural gas service to residential and commercial users of the Leche Miel, La Estrella and Buena Vista sectors began.

The network had been affected in the morning hours, around 9:00 a.m., following damage caused by third parties. Our technical team went to the site to carry out the corresponding repairs in the shortest possible time.

We remind our users of the customer service line 6345939 which is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the emergency service line 164, fixed line 018000936521 with 24-hour service.
