Cusianagas will suspend in-person and telephone customer service on Friday, June 4th.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P., informs its users and the community in general that on Friday, June 4, we will not have on-site service in our offices nor will the customer service line (038) 6819086 be available.

We will return to our regular service on Tuesday, June 8, during the established hours, at our main office and at the service points in the municipalities.

The toll-free emergency line 164 and the fixed line (8) 6819085 will operate normally 24 hours a day to attend to any eventuality related to leak reports.

The following non-face-to-face channels are available to our users 24 hours a day, from their homes and businesses:

  • Virtual Office: https://apps.cusianagas.com/clientes/iniciar-sesion
  • Website: www.cusianagas.com 
  • For payments: For transactions and/or payments our users can use the PSE button found on the Cusianagas website https://transactional.llanogas.com/psecusianagas/cusiana/ and also the authorized collectors: payment centers, electronic means, banking entities and banking portals.
