Cusianagas announces the reactivation of service suspensions due to non-payment of bills

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. invites its residential users of strata 3, 4, 5 and 6, as well as commercial users who are in arrears in the payment of the natural gas public service, to normalize their debt or to make payment agreements through our non-face-to-face channels, customer service line and web page, since in the next few days the suspensions due to delinquency will be reactivated.

Since July 6, the date on which the declaration of Social and Economic Emergency determined by the National Government ended, the company had the power to reactivate the service suspensions for non-payment. 

However, in order to provide a longer term and alternatives to its customers, Cusianagas defined during the months of July and August, to carry out only suspensions focused on commercial users who were using the service, as well as strata 5 and 6, to those who after having carried out collection management and offering alternatives for prior normalization, through letters, calls and visits, did not accept the measures. 

Our users can pay their bill through the virtual channels provided by the company, such as the AvalPayCenter button found on our website www.cusianagas.com, Davivienda App or through Banco de Bogotá, Baloto points, Almacenes Éxito, and the different collection points of our allies that can be consulted on our website (Supergiros and Efecty).
