Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the municipality of Villanueva, that around 10:00 p.m. yesterday, Wednesday, August 14, 2019, the repair works of our 4" polyethylene network were completed and consequently the restoration of natural gas service to residential and commercial users and service stations began.

The network had been affected yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, August 14, around 3:50 p.m., after damage caused by third parties. Our technical team went to the point to make the corresponding repairs in the shortest possible time.

We remind our users of the customer service line 6345939 which is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the emergency service line 164, fixed line 018000936521 with 24-hour service.
