We announce the reconnection of users in the process of periodic review.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs its users and the community in general that it will reconnect the natural gas service to those users who at the date of the entry into force of Resolution CREG 035/2020, do not have their certificate of conformity by Periodic Review.

Likewise, those users who are suspended due to critical defects -such as leaks or presence of carbon monoxide, among others- will be reconnected once they have repaired their installation with competent personnel and Cusianagas has performed the respective verification. Likewise, the provision of the service will be maintained for those users whose term expires in the following months, as long as Decree 457 /2020 is in force.

The above, in compliance with the provisions of Resolution 035 issued by the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission -CREG on March 28, 2020. We invite you to consult it at www.creg.gov.co 

It is important to clarify that once the period of validity of the mandatory preventive insulation has expired, the users covered by this resolution must program, review and certify their internal installation within 6 months after said expiration. 

Finally, we remind you that it is the obligation of the user to notify Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P., in the event that he/she detects any anomaly in his/her internal installation (gas odor and/or yellow hue in the flame) that may endanger not only his/her health, life and property, but also that of the citizens in general, and affect the environment.
