Before registering a request, complaint, claim or congratulations, we tell you what each one is.

Petitions:

Formal request of a general or particular nature presented by the subscriber, user and/or owner, by means of which they request information, regarding the provision of the residential gas public service.

Complaints

It is the requirement through which you can express a disagreement about the performance of our collaborators for the care provided or any failure in the service provided.

Claims

It is the requirement through which to express a disagreement about the values ​​​​charged on your invoice.

Replenishment resource

Formal act presented by the interested party before whom the decision was made, within the five days following their personal notification or by notice, so that the decision is clarified, modified, added or revoked.

Certain decisions that affect the provision of the service or the execution of the contract are subject to appeal, such as: acts of refusal of the contract, suspension, termination, court and billing.

Resource of Reposition with subsidy of Appeal

Once the reversal appeal has been resolved and the decision has been notified (Confirm, modify or revoke the initial administrative act), the company sends the file of all the proceedings to the functional superior, which in this case is the Superintendence of Residential Public Services, who will resolve the appeal. of appeal filed as subsidiary.
